There have been cases where, if the cow is unable to get protein from another source (soybeans, etc...) they will eat small animals. This protein-deficiency condition is called pika. These cases have been recorded in veterinary magazines and even in the news.
But overall, bulls nor cows or any bovine a like are omnivores. Rather, they are herbivores, or plant-eating animals.
