they are both cells composed of a nucleous,nucleus,nuclear membrane,cell membrane,cell wall(ocasionally),cytoplasm,ribosomes,ER(endoplasmic reticulum),mitochondrian,golgi bodys,choroplasts,vacoles,vesicle,lysosomes(plant cells only)and that is what they have in commonj.
