"Une tartelette" means a small tart (dessert).
There is lots of French desserts, but the raspberry tart isn't specifically French. I would even say raspberries certainly not the most popular fruit in French tart recipes. (une tarte aux framboises)

yes, tart means sour, it can sometimes mean acidic, and it may taste like vinegar. but i think that tart is better to describe fruit flavors. such as, "these cranberries are so tart"
