it's easy. you go to the top of Mt. Coronet (otherwise known as spear pillar). Then you must battle some people(by the way you might want to bring some HM's with you). After that Cyrus will be at the top right in front a portal to a place called the distrotion world. Girintina with come out of the portal and take Cyrus in there with him or he jump's in(sorry can't remember). Then you save before entering. Navigate your way through the distrotion world.
