They're both blue and are that colour for similar reasons - Rayleigh scattering. The surface gravity is similar and the rocky centre of Neptune is close to Earth's in size. Earth and Neptune also have the largest satellites compared to their size among the eight major planets, and its axial tilt is similar to ours.
