'Always' is generally used when writing a lover or a good friend. EG: Always (or Always yours) Pat. It means you will always be their lover or friend.

This is never used in a business letter. 'Yours truly,' or 'Sincerely' are used.

It means like you'll always be theirs and stuff or like you have been always theirs and you'll always be or something like that.
