Other than the MIL light illuminating you may not notice any performance issues.
cause
A short in the O2 sensor heater circuit or the sensor itself
A faulty O2 sensor heater
Wiring or connectors are broken or frayed to the sensor or relay
Bad PCM or ECM
The fix
Correct wiring short or loose connector found in inspection.
and/or
Replace the bank 1 sensor 2, O2 sensor
Trouble code P0032 means:HO2S heater control circuit high (Bank 1 Sensor 1)

Shift Solenoid A Error
Injector driver open or short.
Cylinder number two misfire.
Code P2345 does not show up in any of my information. The highest number code Dodge has is P1899. I would check that again.

The Downstream O2 sensor is faulty and needs to be replaced.
Camshaft position sensor circuit malfunction.
The OBDII error code of P0299 is a generic for a low boost condition. This could mean a turbo charger and or air induction system problems.
Trouble code P0522 means:Engine oil pressure/switch low voltage
Trouble code P0516 means:Battery temperature sensor circuit low
