Who could determine whether someone is religious? For one thing, it's not black-and-white like a membership. You can be a bit religious, deeply religious, averagely religious, fanatically religious... For another, where do you draw the line between religion and non-religion? Are you religious if you're a fan? A satanic cult follower? A martial artist?
