I am trying to fax a document and when I put the number in and hit okay it says fax from glass and I say no and it says insert paper and I cant hit any button.
"Fax from glass" means put the document on the scanner glass, rather than sending it through the document feeder. It usually means that there is some problem with the document feeder, such as a paper jam.
