If you are talking about dyes/paints, then you will probably make a poopy color.

If you are talking about light, then you are likely to get a bright color, somewhere between green and yellow or white, depending on the amount of blue in the green and the amount of red in the orange.

The opponent-process theory of color vision demonstrated by Ewald Hering might be of interest. Orange has a lot of red in it, and in this theory green and red oppose one another.
