I can be "held" against your will which in some cases amounts to false imprisonment by anybody. "Held" can also be when you are deprived of your freedom of movement and/or kept somewhere against your will, even for a minute for the simple fact that you may not have felt free to leave or something detrimental was going to happen to you. Detrimental could be like you were going to get beat up or were threatened with a harsher punishment than just being "held".
