Hornady is the manufacturer. Magnum may be used as a marketing spiel to denote particularly powerful cartridges in calibers which aren't actually considered a Magnum. Rimfire means the primer is packed into the rim, and is detonated by a hammer striking the rim, rather than having a primer in the center.
