no but there are ways you can show them you love them ex. scratch them behind the ears (cats actually do love that) you can give them treats, buy them toys and play with them. if he/she is purring you know their happy i was scratching my cat behind the ears and now shes asleep in my lap purring

Also you can purr to them and make a "Mier-r-r-ow" (chirrup with a lilting cadence), which is a friendly greeting. That last thing I got from Cat Fancy.
I'm sorry but that might be something impossible to answer. Since cats can't speak they can't tell us what anything means to them. Humans can't really speak cat language, but we can act and make some sounds that they might understand.
