I am infering that you have three cars and all three are used for business purposes. You are not required to claim any of them, but, if you are so entitled, I can't imagine of a circumstance why you would not want the deduction.
We dont know if he finished it or not...Some speculate that the last page was intentially left blank (showing that the narrator dies); while others speculate that he didn't finish it (like you, i am infering). Is "The Lighthouse" finshed or just a fragment of another story we will never know. On a side note, also know that "The Lighthouse" is an unoffical title.

Actually if you're infering that you don't speak Spanish the correct response should be , "Yo no hablo español (emphatic) ['ɟ͡ʝo. no. 'a.βlo̯es.pa.ɲol]" which translates to I don't speak Spanish.
