To answer this question...words like 'instant Karma ' or 'good karma' or 'bad karma' do not exist. Americans or the English speaking folks have twisted and bastardized this word so much that it sounds ridiculous when somebody says 'Instant Karma'. The only word that truly exist in Hindu religion ( from which Buddhism also came from ) is Karma. Karma is fate. Karma is what is written on your forehead about your life's journey, a journey that extends in to your next life. Karma is redemptive action you are taking for your past misdeeds and sins. That should sum it up, although the meaning can be very detailed according to Hindu philosophy.
The above is stupid. "Instant Karma" is an artistic term coined by John Lennon. As Lennon uses it, it means that if you lead a life of hate and Liberalism (same thing) you may be struck down by REALITY. That is, the real world beyond idealism, politics and delusion; the real world of facts, figures, and science. Maya/Liberalism is illusion. Atman is Brahmin. Obama is Sh-t.
