Exercise stresses your immune system. Too little exercise has very little effect on your immune system, whereas too much exercise can debilitate your immune system. Therefore, like medication, the proper dose of exercise is required; if it is neither too little nor too strenuous, regular exercise can boost your immune system. .
Excessive exercise results in over-training, which weakens the immune system. Exercise should be like medication: neither too much nor too little. The right dose is important. If you have too little exercise, you won't stimulate any physiological improvements (the training effect). If you have too much exercise, you will stress your body too much by giving it insufficient recovery time. It's best to monitor your exercise dosage in conjunction with your physician. .
If you do too little exercise, it may increase your risk of death. You will have a higher chance of depression, heart disease, and diabetes.

Too little cholesterol level IS dangerous in its effect on hormone secretions.
It depends on what you mean by "good". I am not familiar with the research on recess but I will guess that the relationship between recess and "good" is hormetic (i.e., an inverted-U shape relationship). Exercise is a classic example of hormesis - too little exercise is "bad"; too much exercise is "bad"; half-way in between too much and too little is "good".
when exercise, your body lacks o2 and has to much c02 and needs too get rid of it. this increases your breathing and heartbeat.

Yes. Too much, or too little can have negative effects. Just remember that your body has to recover and rebuild after exercise and if it does not have enough rest, you can actually be tearing your body down with too much exercise.
