Terrible. No jobs, Rochester,NY, which was a very vibrant city is now dead, It's cold, Taxes on Taxes. All our business is gone over seas and to different areas. The reason I am still here is...was born here & family. But seriously considering moving West. I've lived in NYC all my life and frankly, I love living here. It's very easy to get around and everything you need is nearby. If you want to get away from the rush and chaos of manhattan, you can go to the outer boroughs where depending on the area, it's quieter. It's rather nice to have so much culture surrounding me.
