∙ 15y agoMagically speaking, the number 7 is a potent number. The seventh child would be considered to be powerful. The seventh child of the seventh child would be thought of to be considerably powerful. There were feats that often were thought to only a seventh son of a seventh son could handle.
In modern culture, this can be seen in the Harry Potter series. Ginny was the seventh child of the Weasley's and was recognized as a very powerful witch. Also in the Septimus Heap series, Septimus Heap was the seventh son of the seventh son. He was often running into problems because people felt he was the only one that could accomplish certain task for them and would abduct him.

I am not aware of any "spiritual significance" to be being born on a certain date, or being a certain age.
