Depends how much blood and how far along in the pregnancy you are. If you are in the first two weeks or so and there is just a little bit of blood, this is probably implantation bleeding where the fertilised egg is implanting into the lining of the uterus. If there is a lot of blood, you need to see your doctor or midwife asap because you could be miscarrying. If you are near the end of your pregnancy, you also need to go and see a doctor or midwife because you could have pre-eclampsia or be going into labour
