If the snake is about to enter shed they will do this also sometimes they do it to cool off and/or stretch. However if it is not preparing to shed it is usually a sign of a respiratory infection (very serious and life threatening for your snake). So if its not time for it to shed you should see a vet ASAP. Other signs are that it makes abnormal noises and has difficulty breathing. Make sure your temps are set right and you have the right humidity for your snake. Having to much or to little humidity (usually to much it is not as common with to little) is what causes this infection to begin with. If it has the infection it will die unless it sees a vet for treatment. If you choose to watch it and see if it gets worse you should do some research on ball pythons getting respiratory infection (AKA RI) so you can better understand whats going on. Also it could be mouth rot or any other number of health problems (which is why I strongly recommend a vet).
Ball pyhton means royal python. It has got his name by curling into a ball when they are stressed.
It is referring to mice or rats that you feed to the snake.

If your ball has bedding in his mouth, take him to the vet. It can really mess up their bodies to have bedding in their digestive system. Take him to the vet right away and ask the vet about it.You can also try:Use a layer of paper towel over the beddingUse shredded paper or newspaperAsk the vet about other kinds of bedding to use
If you mean a bubble, it could mean you have a cavity, or it just might be a bubble in your mouth that might need to be popped. If this ball feels bony, or hard, then you should contact a dentist.
