Haha! It depends on the breed of dog you have. For my dog, it is natural since he is a six year old beagle and his ears always droop, although they do raise a tad bit if he is listening intently. However, if you have a short-eared dog, then I would say that the dog is extremely comfortable with you and that he wants to spend time with you. Most dogs do this with mainly their owners. Either way, a dog wagging its' tail is not always a intimation of it being happy, sometimes it is ready to pounce and play with you!
Hope this helps!

Being happy means experiencing positive emotions like joy, contentment, and satisfaction. It involves feeling good about oneself, one's relationships, and one's life circumstances. Happiness is a subjective state that can be influenced by various factors such as mindset, relationships, and life fulfillment.
To calm down means to relax and stop being angry. Turn the anger into a cool feeling of optimism and a happy outlook.
It's listening behind it or there's wind blowing in it's ears
Look at its ears and head, if the head is down and ears is down then its probably scared. If its making eye contact then it could be angry.
It means she is happy with not being in a relationship.
