This means that she is quite comfortable with explaining such "gross" things with you, you should feel happy because she is comfortable with saying this sort of stuff with you. If she likes you as well, that's another bonus, if you feel the same way, I would say go for it, however, that is your choice.
You also could (if you feel comfortable) letting her know some sort of signals in saying that you kind of or like her a lot back too by letting her getting to know you as well, if you feel comfortable to letting her know some "gross" stuff about yourself, go for it by all means, who knows what it could turn out to be in the end.
