If a guy hugs you after only meeting you one time, he could just be a very friendly person or he could be attracted to you. Either way, do not assume he has romantic feelings toward you until you know for sure. As said, he could just be a very friendly person. Become his friend, then work your way up to find out if he likes you. This will take time.
