don't just give up on her. Alot of girls don't really like to kiss the guy at the end of the date, because then it feels like you are saying goodbye forever. So you shouldn't give up on her
Many girls will wait until the emotional relationship is more developed before they allow you to introduce higher levels of physical affection into the relationship. The fact that the girl said she was a good girl says to me that she is saving that experience for when the relationship is more mature. Give her time. She probably likes you but wants to get to know you better for who you are before she falls in love with how you make her feel when you kiss her. She is being very smart!
