Well it depends on the guy, he could either be a big flirt or he secretly likes you too so if you really like this guy than you should make the first move for sure either tell him or find a way to hint that you have an interest in him. This requires alot of confidence and its risky but think about it if he dosnt like you he's not the right one so whats there to lose?:)Hope this helps
