Assuming this is not a joke, I would say it means two things. 1) Go see a doctor NOW and ask about that swelling thing. 2) Under no circumstances should you ever go near the person you had sex with again. If you don't understand why, ask the doctor that you went to see for #1. Good luck. This could also mean that if you used a latex comdom, hoping that you used a condom that you are allergic to latex I don't think its a big problem, as i have experienced this quiet number of time, the swelling you are talking about i guess is just the outer part of vagina swelling up big, just no puss inside, its just a reaction to a harsh sex with not much lubrication... This happens mostly when the man doesn't wait till the woman oozes enough to have him in, so the to and fro movement just seems a bit too much and the outer part bulges out, but after a rest for few hours u will see its back to normal shape.. So no worries dear Next time just ask your guy to give a longer foreplay :)

its a good thing i means its ready for sex next time Wtf? ^^ Maybe you were drinking alcohol before the intercourse, that causes dryness in in vaginal canal, which could make your vaginal lips very swollen, and throbbing frot m the dryness, it's normal it will go away unless it last over 3 days not having sex again could be some type of infection and go see a doctor. Lub before sex is very good, or the whole eat out b4 so that it doesnt happen again, cause it is very painful and scary i had to go to the doctor and learn about it :P
