It means that the water already absorbed as much salt as it could and can't fit anymore so the extra salt just sinks.
Solubility is when a soluble can dissolve in a solvent. Soluble=what is dissolved Solvent=what dissolves the solute. These are the parts of a solution. Think of sugar and water. pour the sugar into the water. After some time the sugar will have seemed to disappear. It hasn't but it did dissolve. That means it has good solubility. Now think of a piece of plastic in water. No matter how long the plastic stays in the water, it will not dissolve.
It means that it will mix with water or can dissolve in water.
If you mean is it soluble in water then the answer is no.
mabe it has stronger bonds and that's it.
Water soluble means that it can be disolved in water. It will make a solution with water or will go into solution in water. Example: Table salt or sugar will go into solution in water. They are both water soluble.

It will not dissolve in water.

It means to dissolve.
If you mean is it soluble in water then the answer is no.
I think you mean soluble in water. That means that a lot of it will dissolve.
It meansfor something to be a solid instead of dissolving in water
Water and a filter would work. Pour the salt/sand into water and the salt will dissolve. Pour the mixture into a filter and the sand will be trapped in the filter. Evaporate the water and the salt will remain.
A substance that is soluble means that it will dissolve when mixed with another substance. So if your antacid will dissolve in water, it is said to be "water soluble"
'does not dissolve' e.g Salt is soluble in water because it dissolves in water. Sand is insoluble in water because it does not dissolve in it.Insoluble means dose not melt in to a different material
it all depends on which crystals you mean, salt crystals can dissolve in both hot and cold water they dissolve quicker in hot water as the hot water acts as a catalyst for this
If by salt you mean sodium chloride(table salt) then it will simply dissolve into the hot water. The sand however is heavier than salt and not soluble. It will just sink to the bottom of whatever may contain the water.
