Check the coolant reservoir to see if some or all of the coolant leaked out. Maybe you have a leak you missed.

They'll probably try to sell you an engine flush and multiple oil changes; don't go for it. You only need a SINGLE oil change, then drive the vehicle until the engine warms sufficiently to drive the remaining water out of the oil. When you first run the engine, the oil will appear milky, but as the water is forced out of the oil, it will slowly return to normal appearance. THEN take the vehicle back for another oil change. If the crankcase was overfilled, (more than 5 quarts) you will need to make certain that the main seals are not damaged. Make certain that you don't run the engine again until after the oil change.
