-Pregnancy in a dream means change, something big is about to happen- often times we are resistant to change so the fact that the baby fell out means that the change is a definite- it is going to happen whether you like it or not-
-The baby being 2 years old- well, often when babies are born as toddlers or older children in dreams this means that the change has happened and it turned out OK.
