It probably just means you are having short periods. You're just "luck." If you have started the pill or another form of birthcontrol, this could be the reason also. That happens with most birthcontrol.

You most likely conceived in between these 2 periods. I would hazard a guess and say you conceived a few days after your first period but it depends on how far along you are etc. Congratulations.
