it means that YouTube still hasn't converted your video to their format. Sometimes it takes minutes, but other times it can take hours. it can even take up to 12 hrs so don't get discouraged. After a day or two that means that your video can not be formated , but it will still say its being processed . That's when you delete the video , or put it onto a different format on the computer.
