It means blood is escaping from your circulatory system. If you have questions the best thing to do is call your doctor. He or she will have the best personalized advice for you about this. It is not unusual for some bleeding after surgery, so it's most likely not an emergency, but do not hesitate to call your doctor. Your doc will have the best answer for you.
u mean its butt
What does a butt mean? It is on a person. Right? What does a butt mean? It is on a person. Right?
her butt
I'd venture to say no, unless something happened to your butt where you NEED the surgery done. If it's not a necessity then Insurance normally won't cover it (and necessity doesn't mean it's cosmetically necessary in your mind).
Your butt hurts.
It means 'to bleed profusely'.
It means you got a cramp in your butt
It means you have an UGLY butt!

Surgery would be the only way. If you loose weight it can go away anywhere on the body, no guarantee it would be on the butt. And I assume you mean 60kg (kilograms) and not km (kilometer). Which makes you very tall and thin so you should not loose any weight.
There are no bleed valves on the engine, if that is what you mean.
