∙ 10y agoIf you are a sexually active female, this is the sort of dream that could mean that you are pregnant, especially if you have not been using Birth Control regularly and carefully. Otherwise, it might reflect your feelings and opinions about the political issue of abortion. Yet again, the fetus could symbolize some task, project or idea that you are developing.

You may be deeply concerned about the political controversy over women's reproductive rights, or you may be thinking about beginning your own family. If you have been sexually active since your last menstrual period without using protection, it might be wise to get a pregnancy test, just to eliminate any doubt.
