∙ 12y agoYou do not say if you witnessed your brothers death, or that he was bleeding from the mouth when he died. If this is the case then it may be a reacurring memory of the incident. If not then it is nothing but a disturbing dream and I would put it out of your mind.

∙ 13y agoTerrible as this dream seems, one needs to consider what blood from the mouth might represent. The most likely source of this image might be "cutting" words or words that cause injury. The dreamer may be saying things that intentionally or inadvertently hurt others.
