You must be in a very stressful situation. Maybe you had a fight with your best friend and you think about it so much that you start dreaming nightmares about him or her and that you don't want to lose sight of them. You just have to make it up with your best friend and if there are no hard feelings at all that bothers you, the nightmares won't come to you until you have another stress. After all, dreams aren't real.
