It means you should probebly take it to the vet.
If your dog has diarrhea with blood in it, this means you must urgently take it to a veterinarian or animal clinic.
There could be many reasons for the problem; your dog might have eaten a cooked bone (they splinter) or something else sharp, or your pet could have some illness.
Getting immediate veterinary attention means the problem can probably be fixed quickly. Don't wait; your dog could end up in horrible pain and might even die.
