You should take your dog to a veterinarian or to an animal health clinic; a discharge from its ears could well be something very simple and easily fixed but could become a major problem if left undiagnosed and untreated.
The dog's ear will smell very badly and there may be some discharge coming out of their ear.

It's always a good idea to ask your vet if you have any concerns regarding your dog. However, a droopy ear usually isn't a big concern, unless it's showing signs of malformation, injury, or discharge. Your dog probably just has a droopy ear. :)
