my anwsers are only possiblities because i dont know how to read minds or anything.
first-she may say that to make it look like she doesnt like you but on the inside she probably just wants you to keep flirting with her.
second-she could mean that she just wants to stay friends and it just makes it a little awkward when you flirt with her.
third-her calling you silly could also be a small way of hr flirting back with you.
again these are all guesses and these reactions are probably the reactions i would have, and are girls are not alike.
