Most likely he likes you but he is to shy and embarrassed to say it (probably because he doesn't want ppl to gossip about it or his friends to tease him)..and in order to make it act as if he doesn't like you he just doesn't talk to you.

∙ 12y agoIn my opinion, I thinkg that it's totally possible that he thinks you're cute - if you are well aquainted with him, then maybe he likes you. Or maybe it was just a coincidence that he walked by you whilst speaking with your friend. The staring part could either be interperated as creepy, or showing an interest, or just being zoned out.
