What does it mean when a guy does not text or call you back?

You have to realize that it isn't personal. he could have very well been busy and not realize that he said he was going to call you back. don't take it personally. if it will put your mind a ease just ask him : you said that you will call me back and you didn't what happen? chances is that he was rapped up in other things and it slipped his mind He is not interested in you.

I am sorry to say it sounds like he's just not interested enough in you to call. If he really cared for you he'd phone or ask you out. Don't feel too sad because sometimes the lost loves we have are for a good reason and if we didn't lose out on love we wouldn't meet the person we were truly suppose to be with.

Maybe he is just shy, and nervous and if it bothers you, you could try calling him instead of him calling you. Or maybe something came up where he had to go somewhere with his family or something. Emergencies do happen, so if there was one, you shouldn't get mad at him. Set up a time that would be good for him to call you and that way its a plan made before hand, so he might be more ready to call you.

It depends on the situation. Perhaps he forgot(This happens a lot). If you're in a relationship, he might not like you or is trying to avoid you.
