What does it mean when a guy shows you the signs that he likes you but tells your best friend he doesn't when she ask and his friends give you weird looks a lot and they knew you like him before?

maybe he just wants to be friends you could of miss-read the signs or maybe he thinks they mean something else boys are really confusing sometimes, don't let his friends get to you.
