What does that mean if the guy you like sometimes says hi and smiles and waves and talks to you but sometimes only looks at you and maybe smiles till you look back?

Wheather he like-likes you is debatable (though likley), but it's clear that he likes you on some level. Guys are simple; girls are subtle and stuff, but my advice for every girl is to not (and I mean NEVER) analyze a guy's behavior, take everything he says and does at surface value, we don't waste time with that other stuff.
