It may be under stress or in pain. Have some objective people check the horse and its environment and if it makes sense have a veterinarian check the horse. The horse may just have a lot to say, but you don't want to leave it in distress if you can help it.
a female horse
A donkey brays, a horse neighs.
If a horse whickers, whinnies or neighs it is usually because something has his/her attention, like another horse in the area or it can be a warning to you of something odd the horse is not sure of.
Horses communicate with other horses with neighs, their ears, and body. Mostly their body though
It depends on the circumstances and the way a horse neighs. My friend's horse neighs a greeting when she starts walking toward it. It could also mean it is in pain or is frustrated. Check the ears for other clues (if they are pointed toward you, it's listening to you, if they are leaning back the horse is irritated, if they are PINNED back then the horse is really mad, and if they are pricked straight up it's listening to something.) or the tail (if it's swishing, it could be angry or just swatting at flies). Hope this helps!
if you mean in English than no, it cant but they can speak with their bodies and neighs to other horses like if a horse puts it ears back its angry or if they are forward it is happy. with enough reading you can learn to "speak" their language :) i hope this helps

Think you are a race horse, and run for 5 miles. Then without waiting to catch your breath laugh loudly like those jokers who practice forcible laughing for health. That is how you can laugh like a horse. By the way a horse never laughs. It neighs and kicks!
A neigh. The sound of a horse is neigh, pronounced: nay.
A horse can make a load of sounds: Snort, grunt, whinny, neigh and nicker. Also the younger the horse the more high pitched neigh it makes.
Vaulting on a Horse is basically performing gymnastics on the back of a horse on your own or in a group. It requires a lot of training.
