She may not be interested in you as anything more than a friend. If she reciprocated your feelings, she would have told you so, at least privately. She may resent feeling pressured by her family's comments but she probably doesn't want to hurt your feelings by being honest. It's best for both you and your friend to simply back off from pursuing a relationship with her. Regardless of how well her family likes you and the idea of a possible relationship between you two, you should respect her personal decision. Do you want someone to date you because they freely chose to, or because her family pressured her into it?
