Looking down at everyone, and not being a part of things, only a spectator
If they are grounded they get an electric shock or electrocuted. If they are not grounded or in simultaneous contact with the neutral wire, nothing. That's why birds can sit on a high voltage wire and survive; they are not grounded.
In simple words we can say that when birds sit on the single conducting wire then there is not closed path&when it touch both conductor at a time then closed path forms & birds die due to shock
You only get an electric shock if you are touching both the ground and the electric wire, (or close enough to both for the electricity to arc) Birds sat on electricity cables are not close enough to the ground for the electricity to arc, therefore they do not get shocked.
you have to be touching the gound and the wire for it to kill------- i mean shock you
Because you're standing on the ground. But the bird contacts only the wire, sothere's no path through the bird for current to flow from the wire to anywhere else.
It's a sign of hope that segregation is over
Birds sit on a nest.
It is a birdcage.
they sit
Birds sit on a nest. It begins with the letter n.
High voltage electricity can kill if it passes trough your body. When birds sit on the power cable, the electrical current cannot pass trough their body because no part of their body is touching the ground or any other wire.
