He probably more than likely needs to take some time to think about if he wants to go back to her or stay with you. He probably needs to talk to her and talk to you. I cant tell you who he will choose, on the basis that your his current girlfriend then I would say its in your favour, however I cant be sure of this. Being a guy I understand that you get confused sometimes although thankfully I have never been in this situation. The only thing you should worry of now is the answer to your question. He needs time to decide who he really wants to be with.
