Menopause is a process not an event. some symptoms come early some late & all at varying levels unique to each woman. This is not an organized check off list that once accomplished, you get to be done with.

Your body is rebelling against the lack of Testosterone and estrogen and even in menopause that still changes daily with weight, activity, diet and meds. So you get what you get and there is no way of knowing what is next.

There are other diseases and illnesses that can produce Hotflashes, even something as simple as too much niacin can set them off. check your meds, check with your OB/Gyn, family Dr, but don't expect much help or sympathy, they usually consider menopause symptoms as normal aging and seldom do much past useless creams & patches that mess with your liver.

Hormone replacement therapy can help and pellet therapy is the only natural method that attacks the most serious symptoms with the best results. Suffer through or get help, but menopause symptoms come and go and it is normal.
