It more than likely means that the guy who did the punching likes you, and is jealous at the guy who was touching you. But it depends on how you know either guy. If you're good friends with the guy who punched the guy who was touching you, he was probably trying to protect you. IF you're NOT good friends with him, he either wants you all to himself, or he's just crazy. :-P Hope this helps!

The guy that punched the other dude def. likes you and wants to be with you.....He doesnt want anyone to touch you only he can touch you... Or maybe he punched the dude because he didnt like the way he touched you...Or maybe he is just jealous or trying to protect you

If by untouched you mean, literally, someone who can't be touched, then it's impossible. If he touches you, you touch him too, therefore he wouldn't be untouchable in the first place.
