There has been a serious electrical failure.
It is dangerous.
It needs to be repaired before the car catches fire.
Many possible answers to this one but a good starting point would be either the belt is loose or you need to add power steering fluid to the unit itself.It could also have a bad bearing in it.
pull the steering wheel off and then you will see how the turn signal unit comes out.
the unit is under the steering column.actually its stuck on the steering column and its a black plug

Unfortunately the power steering unit is on the way out.
As far as I know, there is no filter for the power steering unit.
You NEED to replace the rack and pinion steering unit.
If you mean the white one with a black top on it and a torx type depression in the middle of it - it is the power steering fluid bottle. Mounted on top of the electric power steering unit
