If it's more like an o in two sets of parenthesis- like this ((0))- it means that there is something going on with your break system. Check the fluid level and top off if needed. You may also need to replace your break pads and or discs.

To remove the door panel on a 1994 VW Jetta, first remove the lenses of any lights that are in the door panel. If there are electric locks, the armrest will have to be removed by loosening the screw on the bottom. Then the door panel can be removed by loosening the 8 clips holding it to the door frame.
You will need to remove the dashboard panel in order to replace the electronic throttle control light. With the dashboard panel removed the light can be access to be replaced.
